摘　　要：访谈中,朱振武教授首先回顾了自己的英语学习之路,提出学习英语要深入到目标语的文学文化中去,强调把自己的本民族语言文学文化学好是必不可少的,也是译者应该具备的最重要素养。在翻译认知、选择和标准上,朱教授认为,建立文化自信,构建话语体系是翻译界应该重视的一个问题。他特别倡导在翻译过程中既不要歧视地翻译,也不要仰视地翻译,更不要奴译。他还主张,我们应该重新审视世界文学的概念,重视非主流文学。结合自己丰富的翻译实践和创作实践,朱教授阐述道,翻译和写作是相辅相成,互相促进的,要知道文学翻译和文学创作都是为了繁荣中国的文学文化,要认识到文学翻译一如文学创作,是真正的艺术,好的作家遇上好的翻译家那是难得的艳遇,因此要重视翻译家的再创作。在访谈的最后,朱教授结合自己的经历,认为有志于从事翻译工作的青年学子应该树立正确的翻译理念,为中国文学文化繁荣发展和中国文学文化走出去作贡献。In the interview,Professor Zhu Zbenwu first recalls his own way of English learming and proposes that English learner should plunge themselves into the literature and culture of the target language,which is indispensable to master a good native language,literature and culture,and is also the most important expertise for a translator.In terms of translation cognition,selection and standards,Professor Zhu Zhenwu believes that the establishment of cultural confidence and the construction of discourse system are issues that should be paid attention to by the translation community.In particular,he advocates tbat the translation should not be done with downlooking or uploking attitude,let alone be slavish in the process.He also argues that we should re-examine the concept of world literature and attach importance to non-mainstream literature.Professor Zhu Zhenwu uses his own rich translation practice as a translator and writer to explain that translation and writing are complementary and synergistic to each other.Literary translation and literary creation are aimed at the prosperity of Chinese literature and culure.He also expresses that as literary creation,literary translation is a true art,and it is rare encounter for a good writer to meet a good tanslator.Therefore,attention should be paid to the translator's creation.At the end of the interview,based on his own experience,Professor Zhu Zhenwu believes that young students who are interested in translation should establish correct translation ideal and make contributions to the prosperity and development of Chinese literature and culture.
