摘  要:文化是一个学校的精神内核,大学文化的国际比较有助于推动我国高校与时俱进,传承创新学校文化并建设世界一流大学。对学校文化相关材料进行分析发现,国内外一流大学在自我修养、人际促进、社会责任和全球视野四个文化维度存在异同点:国内外一流大学文化均提倡创新进取、团结合作、报效国家等;国内一流大学更重视勤奋好学、道德品行、求真务实、服务精神、爱国精神等,国外一流大学则强调创新进取、领导担当、公共福祉、自由包容、国际意识、环境保护等。国内一流大学在传承传统优势文化的同时,应借鉴国外一流大学的文化建设经验并通过相应机制保障学校文化落地。Culture is the spiritual core of a university.The international comparison of university culture is helpful to promote the construction of a world-class university in China.Based on the analysis of the materials related to university culture,the results show that the coding frequency of self-enhancement,interpersonal facilitation,social responsibility and global vision are respectively emphasized.The university culture at home and abroad both advocate innovation,solidarity,cooperation,and service to the country.Cultural differences are reflected in that domestic universities pay more attention to diligence,moral conduct,truism,service spirit,patriotism,etc.,while foreign universities pay more attention to innovation and enterprising,leadership responsibility,public welfare,freedom and inclusiveness,international awareness,environmental protection,etc.It is suggested that while inheriting the traditional superior culture,domestic universities should draw lessons from the cultural construction experience of foreign universities and ensure the implementation of university culture through corresponding mechanisms.
