摘　　要：少年班是在特殊背景下主动对接国家战略需求而创办并实施的一种特殊教育形式。少年班不仅开创了中国超常教育的先河,尝试完善和衔接了超常教育各个阶段。其科学选材的实践探索堪为中国当代自主招生、强基计划的先锋。在少年班发展历程中的特色班级软件班、数理班的创办则率先探索了交叉学科人才培养模式。The Special Class for Gifted Young in USTC is a special education form which was initiated and implemented under the special background and actively met the national strategic needs. The Special Class for Gifted Young started the history of gifted education in China, and tried to improve and link up each stage of gifted education. Its practice and exploration of scientific selection measures can be regarded as the vanguard of independent recruitment and Strengthening Basic Disciplines Program in contemporary China. In the course of the development of the Special Class for Gifted Young, the featured class like software class, Mathematics & Physics class firstly explored the cross-disciplinary personnel training patterns.
