摘 要:目的:了解生涯教育课程实施效果评价。方法:采用随机抽样法,以昆明医科大学海源学院1084名医药卫生类本科一年级学生为研究对象,使用一般资料问卷、职业成熟度量表进行调查,分别在生涯教育课程前后进行测量,探讨医药类独立学院本科生生涯教育课程实施效果评价。结果:医药卫生类本科一年级学生课程前专业满意度为3.65±0.75,课程后专业满意度为4.06±0.80,课程前职业成熟度为3.15±0.34,课程后职业成熟度为3.19±0.41,结果显示生涯教育对于提升专业满意度和职业成熟度具有积极的意义,课程有利于提升学生的职业目标、职业价值以及亲友依赖。结论:生涯教育课程实施能够有效提升学生专业满意度和职业成熟度。Objective:To understand the implementation effect evaluation of career education curriculum.Methods:A random sampling method was used to investigate 1084 first-year medical and health undergraduate students in Haiyuan College of Kunming Medical University by using general data questionnaire and career maturity scale before and after the career education course,and to explore the evaluation of the implementation effect of the career education course for undergraduates in independent medical colleges.Result:First-year medical and health undergraduate students'professional satisfaction before the course is 3.65±0.75,professional satisfaction after the course is 4.06±0.80,career maturity before the course is 3.15±0.34,and career maturity after the course is 3.19±0.41.The results show that career education plays a positive role in enhancing professional satisfaction and career maturity,and the course is conducive to enhancing students'career goals,career values and relative dependence.Conclusion:The implementation of career education curriculum can effectively improve students'professional satisfaction and career maturity.
