摘　　要：当前,我国职业教育已进入信息技术与教育教学深度融合的新阶段,在湖南省“三高四新”战略及教育信息化部署的指导下,文章结合湘潭医卫职业技术学院临床仿真实训基地的建设现状,对高职临床医学专业虚拟仿真实训基地的建设进行了探索与实践。从实训基地建设现状、实训基地环境建设、实训教学模式改革、实训教学团队建设、实训教学评价体系构建等方面进行探讨。根据医学教学实践的需求,解决“三高三难”的难点,培养服务于基层医疗卫生机构的高素质人才。At present,vocational education in China has entered a new stage of deep integration of information technology and educational teaching.Under the guidance of the"three high and four new"strategy and educational informatization deployment in Hunan Province,the article explores and practices the construction of a virtual simulation training base for clinical medicine majors in higher vocational colleges,taking into account the current situation of the clinical simulation training base construction in Xiangtan Medical and Health Vocational and Technical College.This article explores the current situation of training base construction,the construction of training base environment,the reform of training teaching mode,the construction of training teaching team,and the construction of training teaching evaluation system.According to the needs of medical teaching practice,solve the difficulties of"three high and three difficulties"and cultivate high-quality talents who serve grassroots medical and health institutions.
