摘　　要：目前研究生创新意识和创新能力的培养已成为研究生教育过程中的重要部分。文章分析了当前研究生培养中存在的共性问题,以地方性工科院校为例,从课程体系优化、科研平台打造、学术氛围营造等方面阐述了提升研究生创新能力的方法和路径,可为创新人才的培养提供参考和借鉴。At present,the cultivation of postgraduates’innovative consciousness and ability has become an important part in the process of graduate education.This article analyzes the general problems existing in the current postgraduate training.Taking the point-oriented engineering colleges as an example,the new ideas for cultivating graduate students’innovative ability from the aspects of curriculum system optimization,scientific research platform construction and academic atmosphere creation are discussed,which provides a reference for the cultivation of innovative talents.
