新工科背景下房屋建筑施工管理课程群理论与实践教学体系初探

摘　　要：土木工程专业为典型的中国传统工科专业,为满足新兴工科背景的工程技术与业务需要,学校必须研究创新的课程体系,优化课堂教学方法,以培养富有创造力的人才。在此背景之下,我校土木工程专业将课程体系划分为不同的课程群。文章探讨如何通过课程群建设,结合建筑信息化技术,以实践能力培养为主线的引导下,整合教学内容,构建房屋建筑与施工管理课程群理论教学体系、创新教学模式、丰富与完善实践教学内容,以达到培养学生创新意识和工程实践能力的目的。Civil engineering is a typical Chinese traditional engineering major.In order to meet the engineering technology and business needs of the emerging engineering background,the school must study the innovative curriculum system,design and optimize classroom teaching methods,so as to cultivate creative talents.In this context,the civil engineering major of our university divides the curriculum system into different curriculum groups.This paper discusses how to integrate the teaching content,build the theoretical teaching system of housing construction and construction management curriculum group,innovate the teaching mode,enrich and improve the practical teaching content through the construction of curriculum group,combined with the construction information technology and under the guidance of the cultivation of practical ability,so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating students’innovative consciousness and engineering practical ability.
