新师范背景下中文师范生核心素养的内涵及提升策略

摘　　要：中文师范生的核心素养是适应未来职业需要、个人终身发展及教育发展所需的专业素养、关键能力和必备品格。文章就中文师范生核心素养培养现状提出策略:健全基于产出导向的人才培养机制;优化课程体系夯实专业基础;升级培养模式提升实践能力;激发问题意识,强化教育教学研究能力。The core accomplishment of Chinese normal school students is the professional accomplishment,key ability and necessary character needed to meet the future professional need,personal life-long development and education development.Based on the above,this paper tries to put forward the following promotion strategies for the current situation of the cultivation of the core literacy of the Chinese normal school students:to perfect the training mechanism of the talents based on the output orientation;optimizing the curriculum system to tamp the professional foundation;upgrade the training mode and pay attention to the improvement of practical ability;Arouse the problem consciousness,strengthen the ability of teaching research.
