摘　　要：心智模式培育是本科教育的重要目标。文章系统论述了心智模式的结构内涵及运作方式,提出培养本科生心智模式的开放度、和谐度和灵活度的培养目标。并从教师、学生、学校三个维度,系统化设计了本科人才心智模式培养的关键路径。The cultivation of mental model is an important goal of undergraduate education.This paper systematically discusses the structural connotation and operation mode of mental model,and puts forward the training objectives of openness,harmony and flexibility of mental model for undergraduates.From the three dimensions of teachers,students and schools,the key path of Cultivating Undergraduate Talents’mental model is systematically designed.
