摘 要:随着经济全球化发展,我国通过加入国际互认协议,提高了高等教育的质量和国际竞争力,增强了国际职场对毕业生的认可度。在此背景下,高等院校培养具有全球多元化视野、满足国家发展战略需求的高层次国际化综合型人才成为趋势。本文结合哈尔滨工程大学土木工程专业中外合作办学的运行实践与阶段性经验,探讨了融合中英教育认证体系的必要性和意义,在此基础上,探索通过中外办学合作,优化专业教育教学模式,瞄准高等教育国际化、高等学位国际间互通互认建设目标,立足国际化与本土化结合互补,深度融合双方的教育认证体系,构建面向培养国际化复合型人才的培养计划和培养方案,为促进我国高等教育质量提升提供一种可行的中外合作办学模式。With the development of economic globalization, my country has improved the quality of higher education and international competitiveness by joining the international mutual recognition agreement, and enhanced the recognition of graduates entering the international workplace. In this context, it has become a trend for institutions of higher learning to cultivate high-level international comprehensive talents who have a global diversified vision and meet the needs of national development strategies. This article combines the operation practice and phased experience of Sino-foreign cooperative education in the civil engineering major of Harbin Engineering University to explore the necessity and significance of integrating the Sino-British education certification system. On this basis, it explores the optimization of professional education and teaching models through Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. Aiming at the construction goals of internationalization of higher education and international mutual recognition of higher degrees and being based on the combination of internationalization and localization, and deep integration of the education certification system of both parties, this paper establishes a training plan and training program for the cultivation of internationalized compound talents to provide a feasible mode of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools for promoting the quality of higher education in my country.
