摘　　要：本文从宜宾职业技术学院化工科研团队现状出发,分析科研创新团队建设存在的问题,提出了保障科研经费、加大培训力度、增强凝聚力、机制改革、文化建设和平台建设等措施来推动科研创新团队建设,可提高地方高职院校化工团队的科研水平和创新能力。Starting from the current situation of chemical research team in Yibin vocational and technical college,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of scientific research and innovation team,and puts forward some measures to promote the construction of scientific research and innovation team,such as ensuring scientific research funds,strengthening training,enhancing cohesion,mechanism reform,cultural construction and platform construction,which can improve the scientific research level and innovation ability of chemical teams in local higher vocational colleges.
