基于学业倦怠为中介的高职大学生健康水平与手机成瘾的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:对高职大学生进行健康水平、手机成瘾和学业倦怠的研究,把握他们的健康水平、学业倦怠和手机成瘾的特点。方法:运用《健康评定量表》《手机成瘾指数量表》《大学生学业倦怠调查表》对高职大学生进行调查。结果:(1)高职大学生的健康评定得分较低;手机成瘾和学业倦怠的发生率分别为22%和58.8%。(2)手机成瘾与健康评定呈负相关;学业倦怠的低成就与健康评定呈正相关而低情绪则相反。(3)以健康总分为因变量、手机成瘾和学业倦怠总分为自变量进行回归分析,手机成瘾对健康评定呈负向预测。(4)运用结构方程模型探索手机成瘾、学业倦怠对健康的影响:总效应为-0.76;直接效应为-0.89;中介效应为0.13。结论:(1)高职大学生的健康水平偏低、学业倦怠的发生率较高。(2)手机成瘾负向预测健康水平,学业倦怠在手机成瘾和健康之间起中介效应。Objective:To study the health,mobile phone addiction and academic burnout of Higher Vocational college students,grasp the characteristics of their health,academic burnout and mobile phone addiction.Methods:The students were investigated with“Self-health rating scale”,“The mobile phone addiction index scale”and“Burnout questionnaire for college students”.Results:(1)The health score of Higher Vocational college students was lower.The incidence of mobile phone addiction and academic burnout were 22 and 58.8 percent,respectively.(2)There was negative correlation between mobile phone addiction and health.Low achievement in academic burnout was positively correlated with health while low mood was converse.(3)Seeing health score as the dependent variable and the scores of mobile phone addiction and academic burnout as the independent one,the regression analysis showed that mobile phone addiction negatively predicted the health.(4)Structural equation model was used to explore the impact of mobile phone addiction and academic burnout on health:the total effect was-0.76;the direct effect was-0.89;the mediating effect was 0.13.Conclusion:(1)The students’health was lower and their academic burnout was higher than other school.(2)Mobile phone addiction negatively predicted health level,and academic burnout had a mediating effect between mobile phone addiction and health.
