摘　　要：优化乡村民营企业创业生态系统,破除制约营商环境的各种障碍,是深入推进乡村振兴战略的应有之义,更是全面建成社会主义现代化强国、深入推进中国式现代化的必然选择。基于嵌入性理论,构建“制度—资源—关系”分析框架来整合创业生态要素,利用570份乡村民营企业的调查数据,结合NCA与fs QCA方法探究创业生态系统驱动乡村民营企业发展的复杂因果机制及实现路径。研究发现,乡村民营企业创业绩效是多要素协同作用的结果,制度环境主导下的资源驱动型、全要素多维嵌入的协同驱动型和制度与关系交互的科技驱动型三种类型的创业生态系统能够培育高创业绩效的乡村民营企业。Optimizing the entrepreneurial ecosystem of rural private enterprises and removing various obstacles that restrict the business environment are the proper meaning of deepening the rural revitalization strategy,and also the inevitable choice of building a socialist modern power in an all-round way and deepening the Chinese path to modernization.Based on the embeddedness theory,an analytical framework of“institution-resource-relationship”is constructed to integrate entrepreneurial ecological elements.According to the survey data of 570 rural private enterprises,combined with NCA and fsQCA methods,the complex causal mechanism and realization path of en-trepreneurial ecosystem driving the development of rural private enterprises are explored.The research has found that the entrepreneurial performance of rural private enterprises is the result of multi-factor synergy.There are three types of entrepreneurial ecosystems,namely resource driven under institutional environment,collaborative driven by multi-dimensional embedding of all factors,and technology driven by interaction between institutions and relationships,can cultivate rural private enterprises with high entrepreneurial performance.
