德国双元制高等教育的特色及其启示

摘　　要：德国双元制高等教育是双元制职业教育和传统学术性高等教育发生制度“融通”的产物,虽规模不大,但发展迅猛且高等教育政策意义愈显重要。产业结构转型升级和知识生产模式变迁是制度融通的根本动因,现代高等教育的“学术性”和“职业性”双重天然属性是制度融通的基础,双元制高等教育是高等教育大众化、普及化阶段高校差异化发展的重要组成部分,本质是产教深度融合办学模式之一。为推进我国高校的分类指导和转型发展,构建产教深度融合的体制机制以及特色鲜明的专业学位体系,可充分借鉴德国的实践经验。The dual system of higher education in Germany is the product of institution integration based on the dual vocational education and traditional academic higher education.The upgrading of industrial structure and the change of knowledge production mode are the fundamental driving factors;the academic nature and the professional characteristic of modern higher education build up the foundation of the institution integration.It’s an important part of differentiated development in the process of higher education massification and popularization,whose nature is deep industry-education integration.The dual system contributes experience for promoting the classification guidance and transformation development of Chinese higher education.
