摘  要:毫米波雷达感测技术被用于多种工业和汽车应用中,近年来呈现出快速增长的态势。针对毫米波雷达系统的小型化需求,文章采用锁相环(PLL)结合高度集成的多功能雷达收发前端的方法设计了一种24GHz测距雷达系统,详细介绍了雷达系统的设计过程,分析了其技术指标,并进行了实物测量。该雷达系统工作在24GHz,以连续锯齿波作为调制波形,具有电路原理简单、尺寸小、集成度高、线性度高等特点,多功能集成电路的使用降低了雷达系统的复杂度,提高了设计效率,为片上雷达系统提供了参考方案。Millimeter wave radar sensing technology has been used in a variety of industrial and automotive applications.In recent years,it has shown a rapid growth trend.Aiming at the miniaturization requirement of millimeter-wave radar system,a kind of 24 GHz ranging radar system is designed by PLL combined with the highly integrated radar transceiver front-end.The design process of the radar system is introduced in detail,and its technical indexes are analyzed.Physical measurements were also carried out.The radar system operates in 24 GHz.The continuous zigzag wave is used as a modulation waveform.It has the characteristics of simple circuit principle,small size,high integration,and high linearity.The use of multifunctional integrated circuits reduces the complexity of the radar system and improves the design efficiency.It provides a reference scheme for the radar system on the film.
