高校主体性德育模式构建的新视域探索

摘　　要：随着素质教育改革事业的深入开展,为向社会输送更多具备优秀道德观念的新人才,需高校德育教师认清传统德育教学工作存在问题,积极应用主体性德育模式,切实提升学生对德育教学活动的参与积极性。本文就基于此,以主体性德育模式理论研究为切入点,针对当前综合人才培育需求,采用更加先进的主体性德育模式构建方法,充分发挥出主体性德育模式在提升高校德育有效性中的积极作用,以供参考。With the in-depth development of quality education reform,in order to send more new talents with excellent moral concepts to the society,moral education teachers in colleges and universities need to recognize the problems in the traditional moral education teaching,actively apply the subjective moral education model,and effectively enhance students’participation in moral education activities.Based on this,this paper takes the study of subjective moral education model as the starting point,and in view of the current comprehensive talent cultivation needs,adopts the more advanced subjective moral education model construction method,and gives full play to the positive role of subjective moral education model in improving the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities for reference.
