摘 要:篮球训练是中学公共体育课程的重要内容。提高篮球训练的教学效果,不仅能够让学生具备篮球的专业技能,同时还能够提高学生的身体素质,为学生日后的发展奠定良好基础。但是从目前的实际情况来看,很多中学在篮球训练上,局限于传统的教学模式,无法取得较好的学习效果,同时也不能够有效培养学生对篮球的学习兴趣。而表象训练法作为一种新型的训练方法,已经得到了社会各界的广泛认可。表象训练法能够对学生的投篮技术动作产生重要的影响,同时也可以有效地提高学生的投篮成绩。本文介绍了表象训练法的概念和特点,并且采用对比实验的方法总结了表象训练法在提高中学学生投篮技术上有显著效果的特点。Basketball training is an important part of middle school public physical education curriculum.Improving the teaching effect of basketball training can not only equip students with professional basketball skills,but also improve their physical quality and lay a good foundation for their future development.However,from the current actual situation,many middle schools are limited to the traditional teaching mode in basketball training,which cannot achieve good learning effects,and at the same time cannot effectively cultivate students’interest in basketball learning.As a new training method,image training method has been widely recognized by all walks of life.The appearance training method can have an important influence on the students’shooting skills and actions,and can also effectively improve the students’shooting performance.This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of the image training method,and summarizes the characteristics that the image training method has a significant effect in improving the shooting skills of middle school students by means of a comparative experiment.
