摘 要:目的比较线上线下混合式教学与传统教学在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中的效果。方法以成都大学临床医学院春季耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学课程为研究对象,对40学时耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学的观察组(2018级一班43名、2018级二班42名)、对照组(2017级一班43名、2017级二班48名)4个班级进行研究,观察组采用线上线下混合式教学,对照组采用传统教学法教学,比较两组的成绩和满意度。结果观察组的期末成绩、考核成绩和满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于信息化的线上线下混合式教学模式能够激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生加强对知识点的掌握,提高教学质量。Objective To compare the effect of online and offline mixed teaching with traditional teaching in otolaryngology,head and neck surgery teaching.Method Taking the spring otolaryngology head and neck surgery course of Clinical Medical College of Chengdu University as the research object,four classes of otolaryngology head and neck surgery 40-classes were studied.Observation group(43 students in Class 1 of Grade 2018,42 students in Class 2 of Grade 2018)and control group(43 students in Class 1 of Grade 2017,48 students in Class 2 of Grade 2017).The observation group adopted online and offline mixed teaching.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The scores and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The final exam scores,total scores and satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The information-based online and offline mixed teaching mode can stimulate students'interest in learning,strengthen students'mastery of knowledge points and improve teaching quality.
