摘　　要：在新工科背景下,应充分提高人才培养质量,以满足社会发展的需求。建筑类专业作为传统的工程专业,适应行业未来发展方向的关键在于高层次人才的培养。该文以建筑类专业硕士研究生培养为例,分析了当前高校硕士研究生培养环节存在的问题,针对现存的问题提出了一些教育改革措施,为新时代研究生核心竞争力的培养提供参考。Under the background of new engineering,the quality of talent training should be fully improved to meet the needs of social development.As a traditional engineering major,the key to adapt to the future development direction of the industry lies in the cultivation of high-level talents.This paper takes the training of graduate students majoring in architecture as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the training of graduate students in colleges and universities,and puts forward some educational reform measures in view of the existing problems,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of core competitiveness of graduate students in the new era.
