基于思维导图的融合教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于思维导图融合案例教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月—2021年6月在该院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院医师规范化培训轮转的20名住培学员作为对照组、2021年9月—2022年6月在该院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住培轮转的20名住培学员作为观察组。对照组运用传统教学方法,观察组运用思维导图融合案例教学方式,临床教学时间为6个月。比较两组住培学员的考核成绩、综合能力及教学满意度。结果教学结束后,观察组理论知识得分、实践技能得分及考核总分显著高于对照组,观察组自主学习能力、沟通交流能力及临床技能评分明显高于对照组,观察组临床教学满意度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图的融合式教学模式在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住培教学方面具有显著优势,有助于提高住院医师规范化培训学员的考核成绩和教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of case teaching method based on mind map fusion in clinical teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods From September 2020 to June 2021,20 resident and trained doctors rotating in our hospital's otolaryngology head and neck surgery were selected as the control group,and from September 2021 to June 2022,20 resident and trained doctors rotating in our hospital's otolaryngology head and neck surgery were selected as the observation group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the observation group used mind map fusion case teaching method.The clinical teaching time was 6 months.Compare the examination results,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results After teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge,practical skills and total assessment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The scores of independent learning ability,communication ability and clinical skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The satisfaction of clinical teaching in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated teaching mode based on mind mapping has significant advantages in clinical teaching of head and neck cancer,which is helpful to improve students'assessment results and teaching satisfaction.
