摘　　要：联合培养基地是培育专业学位研究生创新与实践能力的重要载体,其建设水平是保障专业学位研究生培育质量的关键。通过对产教融合专业学位研究生联合培养基地利益相关者的界定和分类,分析了利益相关者协同参与的联合培养基地建设存在的问题,提出了构建外部治理与内部治理相结合的联合治理机制,包括利益相关者协同联动的管理与运行机制、强化利益相关者诉求的激励机制,为推进全日制专业学位硕士研究生联合培养基地的建设提供建议。The joint training base is an important carrier of cultivating innovation and practice for the professional degree students.The level of construction is the key to ensure the quality of professional degree students’cultivation.In this paper,the stakeholders of the joint training base for professional degree students with industryeducation integration are defined and classified.Then,the problems of joint training base construction with the collaborative participation of stakeholders are analyzed.Furthermore,the construction of a joint governance mechanism combining external and internal governance is proposed.This mechanism includes a management and operation mechanism with stakeholder collaboration,and an incentive mechanism to strengthen the demands of stakeholders.It provides guiding suggestions for promoting the construction of joint training bases for full-time professional degree students.
