摘　　要：随着经济结构和科技发展的转型,国家对应用型人才有着迫切需求的同时也带来新的机遇和挑战。山西大学物理电子工程学院通过建立“双轨联合”的培养理念,构建“一目标、三递进”的创新人才培养途径,通过调整课程体系、落实双导师培养模式和搭建校企合作实践中心平台等措施,探索和实践应用型人才培养模式,从而提高学生综合素质和教学质量。With the transformation of economic structure and technological progress,the country has an urgent need for applied talents and also brings new opportunities and challenges.The school of physics and electronic engineering of our university will establish the training concept of"dual-track combination",and construct the innovative talent training approach of"one goal and three progressive".By adjusting the curriculum system,implementing the dual-tutor-training mode and building the practice center platform of school enterprise cooperation,the applied talent training mode is explored and practiced to improve the comprehensive quality of students and teaching quality.
