摘　　要：近年来,随着海洋强国战略的提出,加快建设海洋强国已经刻不容缓。培育具有海洋特色的专业型人才,是支撑海洋强国建设的重要基础。在新时代背景下,大学生就业工作也面临新的机遇和挑战,着力构建具有涉海类学科特色的就业育人体系,对培养新时代海洋领域高素质人才至关重要,是培养高质量海洋人才、促进国家海洋事业蓬勃发展的必由之路。In recent years,with the proposal of the strategy of building a maritime power,it is urgent to speed up the construction of a maritime power.Cultivating professional talents with marine characteristics is an important foundation to support the construction of a marine power.Under the background of the new era,the employment of college students is also facing new opportunities and challenges.Building an employment and education system with the characteristics of sea related disciplines is very important to cultivate high-quality talents in the marine field in the new era,which is the only way to cultivate high-quality marine talents and promote the vigorous development of the national marine cause.
