摘　　要：随着学科竞赛多元化、高阶化的演变发展,依托学生竞赛培养创新能力的传统模式面临诸多问题。该文通过研究TRIZ理论的内容和特点,深入分析其与学科竞赛创新能力培养体系的结合点,提出了基于TRIZ理论构建学科竞赛创新能力培养体系的具体方法,包括:构建学科竞赛创新能力为导向的课程群,改革教学方法,建设创新型师资队伍,开设公选课,实施学科竞赛评价机制等,这将为本科教育提供一种新型的创新人才培养模式。With the development of diversification and high-level of subject competition,the traditional mode of cultivating innovative ability based on student competition is facing many problems.By studying the content and characteristics of TRIZ theory,this paper analyzes the combination of TRIZ theory and the cultivation system of subject competition innovation ability,and puts forward the implementation content of the constructing cultivation system of subject competition innovation ability based on TRIZ theory.Including:constructing curriculum group based on the the guidance of subject competition innovation ability,reforming teaching methods,constructing innovative teachers,setting up public elective courses,implementing subject competition evaluation mechanism,etc.This will provide a new cultivating mode of innovative talent for undergraduate education.
