摘　　要：该文结合本科药学专业的职业生涯规划教育现状,对加强实践性课程建设提出建议与设想。通过鼓励学生参与创新创业实践活动,为学生提供简历写作、求职面试、企业参观等实践性教学活动及实习机会,使实践性教学融入课程。这些举措对切实有效地提高学生的专业认同感与实践能力发挥了重要作用,以期进一步将课程建设打造成“知行合一”的体系,使药学职业生涯课程更加全面系统,形成特色,为培养我国药学优秀人才助力。Suggestions and ideas for strengthening the construction of practical contents for the course of career planning education have been raised based on the current situation of undergraduate professional career planning.By encouraging students to participate in innovative and entrepreneurial practice activities,providing students with practical teaching activities and internships such as resume writing,job interviews,and company visits,so that practical teaching can be integrated into the curriculum.It is important to explore the role of these measures in effectively improving students’professional identity and practical ability.It is useful with a view to further building the curriculum into a system of"knowledge and action",making the pharmacy career curriculum more comprehensive and systematic,forming characteristics,to help cultivate excellent pharmaceutical talents in China.
