摘  要:随着我国卓越农林人才培养计划的出台,课程组建设是推动高等农业院校实现创新人才培养的积极探索。但在“重科研,轻教学”的大环境背景下,课程组建设存在管理制度不健全、组织水平参差不齐、课程组教师缺乏有效沟通互动、课程组长的选拔和工作开展难度较大等问题。该文从完善高校对教师的评聘和考核制度、完善课程组管理制度、构建创新人才培养的课程组教师的沟通协作途径、发挥课程组教师在实践创新中的指导作用等方面进行探讨,以期充分发挥课程组在创新人才培养中的作用。With the introduction of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents training plan in China,the construction of course group is a positive exploration to promote the realization of innovative talents training in agricultural colleges and universities.However,in the context of"attaching more importance to scientific research than to teaching",there are still some problems in the course group construction,such as imperfect management system,uneven organizational level,lack of effective communication and interaction among the teachers of the course group,and great difficulty in the selection and development of the course leader.In this paper,from the perfect appraisal and the appraisal system for teachers in colleges and universities,perfecting the curriculum group management system,and construct the innovative talent training course group of teachers’communication way,and play the role of guidance curriculum group of teachers in practice innovation practice,this paper discusses such aspects as,in order to give full play to their role in innovative talent training course group.
