摘 要:针对《食品分析》传统教学过程中存在的问题,采用“对分课堂”教学模式,并结合“超星学习通”,对该课程进行教学改革,教学过程分为课前准备、教师讲解、小组讨论三个步骤,在有限的学时内,既让学生掌握了系统知识的精华部分,又充分调动了他们的积极性及主观能动性,让学生在掌握基础知识的基础上有了自己的思考,提高了学生自主学习的能力。For the problems existing in the traditional teaching process of Food Analysis,Educational reform was carried out using the“divided class”teaching mode and combined with the“Chaoxing APP”.The teaching process is divided into preparation before class,teacher’s explanation and group discussion.within the limited class hours,students have mastered the essence of systematic knowledge.In addition,their enthusiasm and subjective initiative have been fully mobilized,they have their own thinking on the basis of mastering the basic knowledge and improve the ability of independent learning.
