摘　　要：高职院校作为创新创业人才培养的重要基地,在创新创业发展中发挥着重要作用。而创业激情作为创业者不可缺失的品质,对创业意向提高、创业行为坚持、获取创业资金、提高企业绩效具有重要意义。该文在调查高职院校学生创业激情水平的基础上,发现创业激情的影响因素,进而在创业激情视角下,提出高职学生创业胜任力提升的策略。Higher vocational colleges,as an important base for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,play an important role in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.As an indispensable quality for entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial passion is of great significance to improve entrepreneurial intention,adhere to entrepreneurial behavior,obtain entrepreneurial funds and improve enterprise performance.Based on the investigation of the level of entrepreneurial passion of higher vocational college students,this paper finds the influencing factors of entrepreneurial passion,and then puts forward the promotion strategies of entrepreneurial competence of higher vocational college students from the perspective of entrepreneurial passion.It is expected to provide a new perspective for innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
