摘　　要：作为工作在临床一线的住院医师,其职业素养直接影响着医疗服务质量。随着现代医学模式和社会环境的变化,住院医师不仅需要具有丰富的医学知识和精湛的医疗技术,还要具备良好的职业素养。该文以广西医科大学第二附属医院住培医师为研究对象,通过问卷调查的形式,对住培医师职业素养教育情况进行调查分析,并对住培医师职业素养课程进行讨论,以期引起住培基地对住培医师职业素养的重视,进而推进住培职业素养课程的建立。As residents working in the clinical front line,their professional quality directly affects the quality of medical service.With the change of modern medical model and social environment,residents not only need to have rich medical knowledge and superb medical technology,but also have good professional quality.Based on the physician of the second affiliated hospital of Guangxi medical university as the research object,through the form of questionnaire survey,investigating the physicians professional quality education situation analysis,and discussing the physician professional courses,in order to cause attention to standardized training base for resident physician and promote culture for the establishment of the professional courses.
