摘 要:校企合作是推动职业院校人才培养模式改革的重要手段,对促进职业院校创业创新教育具有实际意义。职业院校开展多种形式的创业创新教育如:基础的理论教育、模拟实训课程、大学生创业创新计划训练项目以及创业创新实践平台等形式对培养学生的能力和素质发挥着重要作用,但在实践中也遇到一些问题。深化校企合作促进职业院校创业创新教育发展,职业院校要通过建立有利于创业创新教育的校企合作机制,强化创业创新师资建设,改进创业创新教育实训课程,促进职业院校校企合作创业实践平台的建设和有效运行。School-enterprise cooperation is an important means to promote the reform of the talent training model of vocational colleges,and it has practical significance for promoting entrepreneurship and innovation education in vocational colleges.Vocational colleges carry out various forms of entrepreneurship and innovation education,such as basic theoretical education,simulation training courses,college students’entrepreneurial innovation plan training projects,and innovative entrepreneurship practice platforms,which play an important role in cultivating students’abilities and qualities.Some problems have also been encountered in practice.Deepen school-enterprise cooperation to promote the development of entrepreneurship and innovation education in vocational colleges.Vocational colleges must establish a school-enterprise cooperation mechanism that is conducive to entrepreneurship and innovation education,strengthen the construction of entrepreneurship and innovation teachers,improve entrepreneurship and innovation education training courses,and promote vocational schools and enterprises Construction and effective operation of cooperative entrepreneurship practice platform.
