摘　　要：随着社会的飞速发展,人们健康意识的不断增强,对医疗服务质量的要求也越来越高。但基于部分医师专业基础不牢固,医疗研究及创新能力有限,职业道德素养不高,同时学习进步意识淡薄,从而导致医院医疗服务水平难以提升,甚至激发医患矛盾,带来较大负面影响,危及社会的和谐稳定。基于此我国政府及医疗行业提出了加强在职医师职业再教育的任务要求,该文就此分析了在职医师再教育的重要性,并结合当前实际提出了一些实施建议,期望能以利于医师再教育工作的有序推进,以利于提升我国医疗事业的整体水平。With the rapid development of society,people’s awareness of health is increasing,and the requirements for the quality of medical services are higher and higher.However,due to the weak professional foundation of some doctors,limited medical research and innovation ability,low professional ethics,and low awareness of learning and progress,it is difficult to improve the medical service level of the hospital,and even stimulate the contradictions between doctors and patients,which has a greater negative impact and endangers the social harmony and stability.Based on this,our government and the medical industry put forward the task requirements of strengthening the vocational re education of in-service doctors.This paper analyzes the importance of in-service doctors’re education,and puts forward some implementation suggestions in combination with the current reality,hoping to promote the orderly re education of doctors,so as to improve the overall level of China’s medical industry.
