摘　　要：该文结合"双一流"建设的任务和目标,深入分析辅导员队伍在"双一流"建设中的定位、现实诉求、如何发展适应时代需求等问题,确立"四大内在发展"策略,提升辅导员队伍的专业化水平和职业能力。Based on the task and goal of"double first-class"construction,this paper analyzes the positioning,realistic demands and how to develop and adapt to the needs of the times of the counselor team in the"double first-class"construction,establishes the"four internal development"strategy,and improves the professional level and professional ability of the counselor team.
