摘 要:已有的协同知识创新激励机制以满足需求为出发点,忽略了在长周期范围内需求未得到满足时如何降低主体退出意愿的问题。将损失厌恶理论和ERG[existence(生存),relatedness(相互关系),growth(成长)]激励理论相结合,构建基于损失厌恶的ERG模型(LA-ERG,lossaversion-ERG),以模型为基础建立两阶段协同知识创新激励机制:在进入阶段,以满足生存、相互关系及成长需求为出发点;在退出阶段,以规避损失为出发点,强化主体对资金投入损失、关系投入损失及情感投入损失的敏感性,降低主体退出协同知识创新意愿。以区域医疗协同平台建设为案例对模型和激励机制进行了应用和验证。The existing collaborative knowledge innovation incentive mechanism is based on requirement satisfaction while ignoring the problem of their willingness to withdraw when their requirements may not be satisfied.Within the long-term period.LA-ERG(loss aversion-existence,relatedness,growth)model is based on the loss aversion theory and ERG encouragement theory.The two-stage collaborative knowledge innovation incentive mechanism is based on the LA-ERG model.In the entering stage,it should focus on meeting the survival,mutual relationship and growth needs;in the exiting stage,it should focus on strengthening the company’s sensitivities to the loss of capital investment,relationship investment,emotional investment,in order to reduce their willingness of withdrawing from the collaborative knowledge innovation.
