目标导向教育引导下的住区规划与住宅设计课程研究

摘  要:面对建筑学专业教育新时代的挑战,建筑设计课程在加强专业理论授课的同时,运用OBE目标导向教育方法,着力对接社会需求、聚焦热点问题、完善知识体系与强化职业技能。西安交通大学建筑学系在四年级设计课程“住区规划与住宅设计”中把握时代脉搏,理论结合实践,探索住区设计的新理念、新方法,从健康住区、住区更新改造、小户型精细化设计、适老化设计、数字化设计等理念入手,强化设计理念的生成与设计过程的实际运用,将前沿科学问题融入现实生活需求,以问题为导向并结合设计竞赛设置命题,激发学生学习热情,取得了较好的教学效果。facing the challenges of the new era of architectural education,the architectural design course not only strengthens the teaching of professional theory,but also uses the Outcomes-Based Education method to focus on social needs,focus on hot issues,improve the knowledge system and strengthen vocational skills.The Architecture Department of Xi’an Jiaotong University grasps the pulse of the times in the fourth-grade design course“residential planning and residence design”,combines theory with practice,explores new ideas and methods of residential design,and starts with the concepts of healthy residential,residential renewal and transformation,fine design of small sized apartment,aging design and digital design etc.Strengthen the generation of design concept and the practical application of design process,integrate cutting-edge scientific problems into the needs of real life,take problems as the guidance and set propositions in combination with design competition,stimulate students’learning enthusiasm and achieve good teaching results.
