摘　　要：根据“医药不分、互为一体”的中医药学科特点以及目前在专业教育中存在医药分家的现状,本文分析了面向农村和社区基层医疗体系的高职高专中医药人才更需要掌握中医药融合的知识和本领,探讨了以学科专业为本位转变为以能力为本位的“医药结合”中医学专业人才培养模式及其知识框架,为培养能更好满足农村和社区基层需要的中医药专业人才提供思路与研究基础。This article analyzed that rural and community-level medical institutions need Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talents who master knowledge and skills of medical combination,according to the characteristics of medical combination of TCM and the current situation of separation of treatment and medication in the professional education of TCM in higher vocational schools.Furthermore,the training mode and knowledge framework of medical combination that can change the discipline and speciality-based medical education to competency-based medical education were discussed.And ideas and research basis for training TCM professionals to meet the needs of rural and community medical organizations at grassroots levels were provided.
