摘  要:本文以神经内科临床实践教学中的脑血管病部分为例,总结课程思政与实践教学相结合的意义、教学内容和教学设计的实施方案,探讨如何在实践教学中深入挖掘思政元素,设计课堂教学过程。通过融入思政元素,采用多种教学方法加强思政教育,提升教师团队的思政建设水平,分析课程思政与临床实践教学融合后的教学效果,培养医学生的职业精神、爱国主义精神、医者仁心精神,树立正确的人生观、价值观和生命观。最后展望神经病学临床实践教学与课程思政教育相结合的未来。Taking cerebrovascular disease as an example in clinical practice teaching in neurology,this paper summarizes the significance of the combination of ideological and political and practical teaching,the teaching content and the implementation plan of teaching design,and discusses how to excavate ideological and political elements in practical teaching and designs the teaching process in class.By integrating ideological and political elements,a variety of teaching methods are used to strengthen ideological and political education,improve the ideological and political construction level of the teacher team,analyze the teaching effect after the integration of ideological and political teaching and clinical practice teaching,and cultivate medical students’professionalism,patriotism,the spirit of benevolence in order to help students establish a correct outlook on life,values and life.Finally,the future of the combination of neurology clinical practice teaching and curriculum ideological and political education is also discussed.
