摘 要:艰险山区高速铁路隧线比高,涌现出大量长度超过20 km的特长隧道(群)。依托成兰、成昆等铁路隧道工程,根据隧道结构特征,提出了多种新型紧急救援站型式,其研究成果已纳入相关规范。文章统计分析了国内外42座紧急救援站土建型式,表明我国铁路隧道紧急救援站土建型式日趋多样化,并逐渐成熟;研究了紧急救援站疏散救援预案的制定方法,为机电系统联动控制设计及防灾救援设备监控系统开发提供依据,开发的隧道防灾救援设备监控系统已应用于贵广铁路、成渝客运专线等线路。The ratio of tunnel and line of high-speed railway in the complex mountainous area is high,and a large number of long tunnels and tunnel groups whose length is more than 20 km have appeared.Relying on the railway tunnel projects such as Cheng Lan railway and Cheng Kun railway,according to the characteristics of the tunnel structure,a variety of new emergency rescue stations have been put forward,and the research results have been included in the relevant regulations.The civil engineering types of 42 emergency rescue stations in China and abroad are collected and analyzed.The results show that the civil engineering types of railway tunnel emergency rescue stations in China are becoming more and more diversified and mature.The making method of evacuation and rescue plan for emergency rescue station is studied,which can provide the basis for the linkage control design of mechanical and electrical system and the development of tunnel disaster prevention and rescue equipment monitoring and control system.The developed tunnel disaster prevention and rescue equipment monitoring system has been applied to the railway projects such as Guiyang-Guangzhou railway and Chengdu-Chongqing passenger-dedicated railway.
