摘　　要：在应用型人才培养过程中,实践教学是提高学生创新能力和动手能力的重要手段.通过开展各类科技创新与学科竞赛促进实践教学,对人才培养质量的提高具有非常积极的作用.在交通类专业中开展各类科技创新竞赛中仍存在各种不足,对创新创业教育的成效造成了一定的影响.该文以山东交通学院为例,针对当前科技竞赛教学与管理过程中存在的各种问题,提出教学改革措施,以期为在交通类院校中广泛开展创新实践教学提供有益参考.In the process of applied talents cultivating,practical teaching is an important means to improve students’innovative ability and practical ability.Through the development of various scientific and technological innovation and discipline competition to promote the practice of teaching,to improve the quality of talent training,plays a very positive role.There are still some shortcomings in various scientific and technological innovation competitions in transportation specialties,which have a certain impact on the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Taking Shandong Jiaotong University as an example,this paper puts forward teaching reform measures aiming at various problems existing in the teaching and management process of current science and technology competition,in order to provide useful reference for carrying out innovative practical teaching widely in transportation colleges and universities.
