摘　　要：目的 研究探讨IL-27在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)不同分期患者中的表达情况,探讨其意义.方法 采用ELISA检测MM患者及正常对照组血浆中IL-6及IL-27水平.结果 MM D-S I期患者血浆IL-27水平为(51.82±6.01)pg/ml,IL-6水平为(40.02±1.14)pg/ml,Ⅱ期患者血浆IL-27水平为(55.92±5.31)pg/ml,IL-6水平为(46.99±1.01)pg/ml,Ⅲ期患者IL-27水平为(60.09±8.01)pg/ml,IL-6水平为(50.54±1.98)pg/ml,明显高于正常对照组[IL-27(8.29±4.41)pg/ml,IL-6(2.08±0.18)pg/ml] (P<0.05),组间比较具有统计学意义.结论 多发性骨髓瘤患者随着病情进展,IL-6/IL-27表达均增高,提示IL-6/IL-27可能与疾病进展有关,提示了不良预后.Objective To investigate the expression of IL一27 in patients with multiple myeloma(MM)in different stages,and to explore its significance.Methods The levels of 1L一6 and IL一27 in plasma of MM patients and normal controls were detected by ELISA.Results The level of serum IL一27 in patients with MM D-S I for a period of(S1.82+6.01)pghnl,IL-6(1evel 40.02+-1.14)pg/ml,the plasma IL-27 level in patients with stage II(55.92+-5.31)pg/ml,IL一6 level(46.99+-1.01)pg/ml,IL-27 levels in patients with stage III(60.09+-8.01)pg/nd,IL-6 level(50.54+-1.98)pg/ml,significantly higher than the normal control group[IL-27(8.29+4.41)pg/ml,IL-6(2.08+-0.18)pg/mll(P<O.05),comparison between groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The patients with mtdtiple myeloma as the disease progresses,the expression of IL-6/IL-27 was increased,suggesting that IL一6/IL一27 may be associated with disease progression,suggesting a poor prognosis.
