摘　　要：外科手术学基础,是以培养临床医学生的无菌技术及外科基本操作技能为主的一门实践课程,对培养医学生临床技能和临床动手能力有着举足轻重的作用。我们要加强学员动手能力的培养。外科手术基本操作重点包括切开、止血、结扎、缝合、拆线等。强化无菌观念,学员真正掌握无菌技术和手术基本操作要点。安排分工明确,让学员在角色体验中深刻理解团结协作精神的重要性,培养学员关爱动物,提升学员人文道德素养。Based surgical operation,is to cultivate the students of clinical medicine aseptic technique and basic skil s of surgery as a practical course,the training of clinical skil s and clinical ability of medical students play a decisive role.We should strengthen training students practical ability.Basic operation of surgery including incision,hemostasis,ligation,suture,take out stitches.Strengthen the aseptic concept,students real y master aseptic technique and operation key points of operation.Arrange a clear division of labor,let the students understand the importance of the role of experience in the spirit of unity and cooperation,to cultivate the students'love animal,to enhance students'Humanistic moral.
