重塑与审思:医学院校并入综合性大学的多重制度逻辑

摘　　要：借鉴多重制度逻辑的分析框架,政府、院校、市场构成了高校合并中的三重制度逻辑。其中政府逻辑占据主导地位,院校逻辑考量自身生存与发展,市场逻辑实现利益调节和组织重塑,三重逻辑相互作用和影响,逐渐达到利益和组织均衡。随着高校合并的完成,政府逻辑与院校逻辑将逐步让位于市场逻辑的持续作用,多科或综合院校中的医学教育将在内外部环境的作用下重新回归医学教育的相对独立和完整。Drawing on the analysis framework of multiple institutional logics,the government,institutions and market constitute the triple institutional logics in the merger of higher education institutions,in which the government logic occupies the dominant position,the institution logic considers its own survival and development,the market logic realizes benefit regulation and organizational restructuring,and the triple logics interact and influence each other,gradually reaching the balance of interests and organizations.With the completion of the merger of higher education institutions,government logic and institutional logic would gradually give way to the continuous role of market logic.Medical education in multi-disciplinary colleges or comprehensive universities would return to the relative independence and integrity of medical education under the role of internal and external environment.
