Effect of Pantoprazole in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Complicated with PUCH (Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage)

摘　　要：Objective: to study the therapeutic effect of pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with PUCH (upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage). Methods: 78 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with PUCH who were treated in our hospital from November 2019 to February 2021 were selected for research. They were divided into study group and reference group according to the computer random allocation method, with 39 cases in each group. The former received pantoprazole treatment and the latter received conventional drug treatment. The therapeutic effects of two groups of patients were studied and analyzed. Results: the data showed that after treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (94.84% vs 76.92%) P < 0.05;after treatment, the amount of bleeding and tarry stool in both groups decreased (P < 0.05), and the adverse reactions in the study group and the reference group were 10.26% and 23.08% respectively (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of pantoprazole in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with PUCH has good clinical effect, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the occurrence of disease adverse reactions, and promote the early recovery of patients' health.
