摘　　要：The cultural customs of ethnic minorities are an important part of the Chinese civilization and a manifestation of the labor and wisdom of the ethnic minorities. Inheriting and innovating traditional skills is an important guarantee for the continuation of the vitality of the Chinese national culture. In order to solve a series of problems in the integration development education of intangible cultural heritage and traditional skills in higher vocational art, this paper expounds in detail the academic conditions and requirements, integration points and entry points for promoting intangible cultural heritage and blooming traditional skills, so as to achieve the effect of cultivating talents.
