Value of Glutamine Combined with Ulinastatin in the Treatment of Patients with Emergency Sepsis

摘　　要：Objective: in this study, different treatment modes of emergency sepsis were investigated, and the implementation effects and differences of conventional treatment and glutamine combined with ulinastatin treatment were compared. Methods: a total of 182 patients with sepsis in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were investigated. They were randomly divided into groups in the form of computer ranking and drawing lots, with 91 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, while the study group was treated with glutamine combined with ulinastatin. Summarize the difference of treatment between the two groups. Results: compared with the study group, patients in the control group had higher IgG level, higher IgA level and higher IgM level, and there was statistical significance between the comparison (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the emergency treatment of sepsis, glutamine combined with ulinastatin should be the first choice, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
