摘 要:Objective: to study the therapeutic effect of salidroside on sugar cataract in diabetic rats, and to observe the changes of lens and the levels of soluble protein, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH) in experimental high sugar rats. Methods: the rat model of sugar cataract was made. Salidroside with different concentrations was injected into the subconjunctival conjunctiva for 14 days after the model was successfully made. The degree of lens opacification was observed after the model was made and after administration. In addition, the contents of soluble protein, SOD and GSH in the lens were detected to evaluate the antioxidant effect of salidroside on the sugar cataract animal model. Results: after the model was established, the lens opacity was obvious. The degree of lens opacity in the medium and high concentration injection group gradually decreased with time, but there was no obvious change in the low concentration group. The contents of soluble protein, SOD and GSH in lens of medium and high concentration group were significantly higher than those of simple model group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the medium and high concentration salidroside can maintain the content of SOD and GSH in the lens and reduce the degree of lens opacification in sugar cataract.
