Exploration of the Impact of Hospice Nursing Based on Multidisciplinary Assistance Model on the Quality of Life of Cancer Dying Patients

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the impact of hospice nursing based on multidisciplinary assistance model on the quality of life of cancer dying patients. Methods: 200 dying cancer patients in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected for the study. All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing methods, with 100 cases in one group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with multidisciplinary assistance nursing. At the end of nursing, the quality of life of the two groups was compared. Results: we found that the quality of life of patients with hospice nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group. P < 0.05 showed that the data difference between groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: multidisciplinary assistance palliative nursing has a positive impact on the quality of life of dying patients with cancer, and it can help patients to spend the last stage of life more peaceful and comfortable.
