Clinical Effect of Piperacillin/Tazobactam in the Treatment of Infantile Sepsis

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the clinical value of piperacillin/tazobactam in the treatment of pediatric sepsis. Methods: 68 cases of sepsis patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with amoxicillin clavulanate potassium, while the observation group was treated with piperacillin/tazobactam, and the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: there was no difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of HS-CRP, WBC and PCT in the observation group were lower after treatment, and the differences between groups were significant (P<0.05). The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile, there was a difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Piperacillin/tazobactam has the advantages of good efficacy and high safety in the clinical treatment of pediatric sepsis, which is worth promoting.
