摘　　要：To analyze the clinical effect of low-dose levothyroxine in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules. Methods: 98 patients with benign thyroid nodules in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and the observation group was treated with low-dose levothyroxine. The treatment effects of the two groups were counted. Results: the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of patients with benign thyroid nodules, low-dose levothyroxine should be combined, which can effectively improve the content of thyroid hormone and reduce the incidence of adverse events.In the process of treatment, the clinical symptoms of patients should also be systematically analyzed, so as to provide patients with high-quality treatment services and control the dosage of low-dose levothyroxine, so as to obtain higher clinical effect. It is suggested to promote it in a wide range of clinical practice.
