Analysis on Application of Predictive Nursing in Elder Internal Medicine Nursing

摘　　要：Objective: to reveal the clinical efficacy of promoting predictive nursing for senile internal medicine inpatients. Methods: from January 2020 to November 2021, 132 elderly inpatients in internal medicine department were randomly divided into two groups, 66 cases in each group. Patients in the reference group received routine care while those in the research group received predictive care. The measurement items of care satisfaction and SCL-90 of the two groups as well as PSQI, ISI, GCQ, UCLA and sleep quality before and after receiving nursing intervention were calculated and compared. Results: the measurement items of nursing satisfaction in the research group were higher than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). The SCL-90 scale items in the research group were lower than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). The PSQI measure, ISI measure, GCQ measure, and UCLA measure of the study group were approximately equivalent to those of the reference group before care (P > 0.05). After care, the PSQI, ISI, GCQ and UCLA measures of the research group were better than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, the measurement items of sleep quality in the research group were similar to those in the reference group (P > 0.05). After nursing care, the sleep quality measurement items in the research group were lower than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: to carry out predictive nursing to elderly internal medicine inpatients has good effect and is worthy of promotion.
