Clinical Observation of Andrographolide Injection Combined with Ceftazidime in the Treatment of Children with Bronchial Pneumonia

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of the injection combined with ceftazidime in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods: a total of 60 patients diagnosed with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital in 2020, all met the clinical characteristics of bronchopneumonia. They were divided into two groups according to the order of visits, with 30 each in the control group and observation group. The patient's age is from one to ten years old, and the clinical symptoms are mainly cough, sputum, fever, wheezing and other symptoms. The patient's physical examination had bilateral lung auscultation, wet rale in the lungs, and routine blood examination showed leukocytosis, reduced or normal. Chest radiograph examination revealed small spotted shadows in the lungs. Patients in the control group were mainly treated with ceftazidime with ceftazidime at 100mg / kg / day in saline. Results: the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, mainly showing the rapid recovery speed and shorter hospitalization time after treatment. Conclusion: in children, treating andrographolide injection with ceftazidime, which can achieve good treatment effect and promote it in clinical practice.
